Q Do you provide legal advice?
No, we do not provide legal advice. However, due to our experience of working with the state, and negotiating "the red tape" of state government, we are able to get your documents processed in the most efficient and expedient manner possible. We know the administrative rules of how documents are processed at state filing offices, so we can help protect your filing date on time critical filings.

Although Real Estate Title of Knoxville cannot provide legal advice, we process thousands of documents annually and can alert you to potential problems of a document before it ever reaches the state office for filing, saving you and your client valuable time.  RETOK has (1) staff attorney and (2) other attorneys in our office available for referral of real estate legal issues, if needed.
